What is Vendtec and what products do you offer?
Vendtec is a Swiss company based in St. Gallen, specialising in vending machines for vape products, e-cigarettes, snus and nicotine pouches. We offer state-of-the-art vending machines with age verification, cashless payment and real-time monitoring for catering establishments, hotels, clubs and public locations throughout Switzerland.
In which regions of Switzerland is Vendtec active?
Vendtec serves the whole of Switzerland with a focus on German-speaking Switzerland. Our vending machines are already located in Zurich, St. Gallen, Bern, Lucerne, Basel, Liechtenstein and other locations. We are constantly expanding and are open to new partnerships in all cantons.
Which vending machine models does Vendtec offer?
We have different models for different needs: the compact Mini for small locations, the PULSE for medium-sized locations with up to 60 product slots, and the MAX for high-traffic locations with over 100 product slots. All models have a touchscreen, age verification and cashless payment.
Location & Partnership
What requirements must a location fulfil?
An ideal location only requires a power socket (230V) and approx. 1m² of floor space. The location should be easily accessible for customers, ideally with regular footfall. Bars, clubs, hotels, restaurants, petrol stations and public areas are particularly suitable.
What does a Vendtec vending machine cost for location partners?
There are no costs for location partners. Vendtec sets up the vending machine free of charge and takes care of maintenance, refilling and servicing. Location partners receive an attractive monthly revenue share or fixed rent. Contact us for a customised offer.
How is the machine maintained and filled?
Vendtec takes care of the complete maintenance and regular refilling of the vending machines. Thanks to real-time monitoring, we know the fill level at all times and can top up proactively. In the event of technical problems, we respond within 24 hours.
Products & Payment
Which products are available in the vending machines?
Our vending machines offer a wide range of vape products (disposable vapes, pods, e-liquids), snus and nicotine pouches from leading brands such as Ignite, VUSE, ELF BAR, IQOS and more. The range is customised for each location and updated regularly.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Our machines accept all common cashless payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is also accepted at selected models.
How does age verification work?
All Vendtec vending machines have an integrated age verification system. Customers must confirm their age via ID scan or other authorised methods before making a purchase. This ensures that only persons of legal age have access to our products, in compliance with all Swiss regulations.
